Each compressor has a unique nameplate with QR code. Use the cellphone to scan the code, the result will show on the phone from Bitzer company systems. Any phone can do. Original new, result is successful and fake compressor fail.

8. Product package and deliver:
A:For cold room machine:Standard package f with plywood, the unit can be well protected, it is with pallet on the bottom for easy transportation., the unit can be well protected ,suitable for container shipment. 
B:For cold room panel:Plastic film for panel, Each panel is well wrapped with plastic film respectively, the corner is protected with brown paper. 

9. Installation instructions and project photo
--Installation
a) The unit can be lifted by fork vehicle or sling. If the sling is used, it should not touch any pipes or electrical components in operation.
b) The unit must be installed keep in level in an environment with good air flow, far away from heat resources, places of high temperature and high humidity. If the unit is installed in the open air, a shelter is required to keep the unit from direct sun shine and raining. Appropriate space shall be left for maintenance.
c) The room for the unit should be good for the air flowing, the temperature of the room must not be higher than 40ºC.
d) For the water cooled system, adequate cooling tower, pumps and pipes, water flowing switch should be chosen. In case too small water or no water, the system can start protection automatically.

--Pipe connection
a) Do not expose the mouth of the compressor and filtering - drier to the open air.
b) The level part of the suction pipe should be inclined an angle to the compressor; the level part of the discharging pipe should be inclined to condenser.
c) Fix the pipe to decrease the sound and vibration level.
d) In operation of refrigerant pipes, neutral gas of low pressure is to be filled to prevent the pipes from inner oxidation. Dry nitrogen is recommended as the protection gas.   
e) Clean the refrigeration system with dry nitrogen; keep the system free of dirt, oxid and foreign matters.
f) For the main suction line a U shaped pipe part for oil returning must be set below the compressor; an upside down U shaped pipe part must be set for each 4 meters in case the unit is fixed higher than the evaporator. The suction line need be wrapped with heat insulation material to keep it from frosting and overheating.
