Q: What information do you need to provide in order to get a quotation?
A: Generally, for condensing unit we need to know following items:
-Cooling Capacity,
-Required cold room temperature or evaporating temperature
-Water cooling system or air cooling system.
-Compressor brand
-Electrical power supply, such as 380V-3Phase-50HZ or 440V-3Phase-60HZ
-Refrigerant, such as R22 or R404a
-It is better there are local ambient temperature datas
If can not give full answers for above items, we can via another way, such as cold room dimension, application, etc
In order to providing a suitable solution and quotation for your application, please try as possible to let us know more your requirements and application, general enquiry requests:

7. Installation instructions and project photo
1) The unit should be fixed at the site where the air is easy to flow, and far away from heat source;
2) In the storage building, the fixing hole for the unit should be made before the installation. The side of the hole should be made of wood, strong enough to support the unit.
3) Good quality wood should be embedded at the hole for bold fixing;
4) Fix the unit on the body of the storage room with bolts;
5) Seal the hole around the unit with sealing material;
6) Drainage pipe fixing: Fix the drainage pipe on the drainage mouth of the evaporator with pipe clam, ensure the direction is correct and the water could flow smoothly;
7) Electrical system fixing:
(1)Check the conformity of voltage the main power supply to that of name plate, the tolerance is ±10%;
(2)Air switch is required to ensure safety and flexibility.
(3)Grounding must be reliable;
8)Trial operation of the unit
(1)Verify that the electrical connection is correct before start the unit;
(2)Add water to the pan of evaporator until there can be see water comes out from the of drainage pipe at the condenser side;
(3)Close the air switch, one minute later, the indicator of the fan and refrigeration on the control panel will be on, means the operation is normal. Keep watch until operation is stable.

8. Product package and deliver:
A:For cold room machine:Standard package f with plywood, the unit can be well protected, it is with pallet on the bottom for easy transportation., the unit can be well protected ,suitable for container shipment.
B:For cold room panel:Plastic film for panel, Each panel is well wrapped with plastic film respectively, the corner is protected with brown paper.
